やまのてトーストマスターズ的例会報告 (第180回)
本日は事前に役員選挙がある例会と告知されていましたので、いつもよりたくさんの方々が出席され、定刻19:15に会長による開会宣言で例会が開会しました。見学者紹介の後に今日の言葉「心地良い」が発表され、その後司会が紹介されました。
まずは司会による計時係、文法係、えーとカウンター、集計係の紹介とそれぞれによる役割紹介がありました。その後、最初のスピーカーにより「成功するための戦略理論」（情報を伝えるスピーチ、課題2情報を伝えるための手がかり）が発表されました。スピーカーは、とある戦略研究家の本を題材に、目的に向かって少しずつでも継続して努力すること、自己中心的にならないこと等が大切であることを力説されました。
続いて、スピーチに対しての論評がなされました。良かったところと改善点を手際よく整理して発表されました。その後、今夜の言葉と文法係、えーとカウンターの報告がありました。
At 19:55, the meeting was resumed in the English Language Session as scheduled. There was two guest arrived after the previous guest introduction so they were also introduced. A member presented “genial” as the word of the evening for this session. Timer, Ah Counter, Grammarian, Vote Counter were introduced.
At 20:03 as scheduled, the second speaker of the day—commenced his speech “A world without nuclear weapons”, based on CC Manual Proj #7: Research Your Topic. He proposed his plans on how such a world can be created.
The last speaker of the day also worked on the same project and presented a speech titled “New Encounters” She talked about her recent experience on how she used to have no fears in bungee jumping, etc, but how it has changed during her recent Australian trip.
In the evaluation part, both evaluators provided effective feedbacks to the respective speakers. The General Evaluator also commented overall performance of the meeting with additional reports of Word of the Evening, Ah Counter, and Grammarian. Lastly, best evaluator and speaker were presented.
英語部門の例会後に2名の入会が認めら、入会式が行われました。その後見学者の感想の後に役員選挙が実施され、会長、教育担当副会長、会員担当副会長、広報担当副会長、書記、会計、会場係の7名が無事選出されました。
