The second meeting of Yamanote TMC was a special meeting. Since we had the regular type of the meeting with Tokyo Bilingual TMC two days ago, we had the two hours workshop that gave us chance to reflect over the fall conference we hosted last fall. The members of Yamanote TMC and Kagurazaka TMC joined the workshop.

In Toastmasters activity, there are big events and each club is responsible for hosting the events. Last fall, we Yamanote TMC and Kagurazaka TMC hosted the District 76 Fall Conference and it was a great success. After a short interval, we had a chance to see what were good points, what were points for improvement and what should be done for the better.

In the workshop, we had 4 table and divided into 4 teams. We had three round of sessions and started to talk with 4 questions.(see below)

In the final session, every presenter gave us excellent speech presentation and they proved they were toastmasters. Some deeply involved with the event, and other not, but all of them had one piece speech presentation. It was a great time for us to think what we had done and how we are going to give for the next conference.
